Gaming Dumped Games - Where To Find Definitive List?

Sorry for being such a noob but is there a place where I can find a txt or xls file containing a list of every dumped game to date (along with its dump number)?

For the DS you could try Rominator from download page it allows you to manage your ROMS and can export owned, missing ROMS to csv or txt. Also allows you to work on one specific region if you wanted to.
