Homebrew Dualis - Harvest Moon

I want to play Harvest Moon Welcome to the wind bazaar because I
need the Palette viewer but when I tried to open it it said "Swap Buffer Failed"
so what I have to do. I'm using Dualis 20.4

Dualis is... ancient, to say the least. I'm not at all surprised that you can't get the game to work. To be honest I'm not even sure it ever supported any commercial carts - only homebrew games. The debugger version of no$gba would probably have a palette viewer, but good luck getting that now with the author having gone MIA for ages now.
