Hacking DSTT menu problem

Has anyone notice that the official DSTT menu shows files from hidden folders??? like there are somewhat 100 files on the bottom menu anyway to hide this?

I haven't found a way. First got this problem with Moonshl2 and after switching to YSMenu and WAIO problems = gone.

Place your ROMS inside TTMENU folder... and they wont be visible in the menu.

though i never do that.
