Homebrew DSP DUMP in .3ds or .cia? It's possible?

Hi.
I have my new 3ds in 11.3.
I have all working, but homebrew launcher is not working. I cant open dsp dump app to repair homebrew audio.

maybe its possible to get .cia DSP DUMP, install with FBI, and repair sound?

Sorry for my english, writing from Spain.

DspDump won't work as a CIA, would need a rewrite. Homebrew launcher payload will probably be fixed soon, you will probably just have to wait for that.
