DLDI and DSWifi 0.3c support added

Lick has updated DSLiveWeather with support for DLDI and DSWifi 0.3c. This homebrew allows you to check up on the weather from your DS. It's great to see so many homebrew projects supporting Chishm's DLDI project, lets hope the trend continues.
