Hacking DSLinker corrupts roms

I've had to reload in the card several roms because the ones in the card became corrupted, it freezed where before runned smoothly and such. Anyone experienced the same problem? The last victim has been the meteos rom...

It's likely one or more memory blocks have become corrupted.
A full format will check your card for bad blocks, and work around them, thus remedying crashing and file corruption.
