Hacking DSIWare not showing until Homemenu restart?

I have a N3DS with Luma, A9LH and running on the latest software. Whenever I install a dsiware cia, it won't appear for a long time or until Homemenu restart is this the norm or do I have a nand problem.

Also I've had this issue for about 6 months (haven't really thought about it until now)

Any help would be appreciated!

I have the same "issue".
That is completely normal , and I noticed it in all the 3ds I installed a9lh+cfw.
Don't worry, you're ok!

DSiWare installs to NAND, not SD. This happens when installing to NAND and is normal.
