ROM Hack DSIWare cia black screen?

I installed a CIA of DSIWare on sysNand and installed to that NAND then went to EmuNAND and installed it on that nand but when I launch it it gives me a black screen. Is there something I missed?

Is it a modified DSiWare app?

Since I think you'd need to install the patched TWL_FIRM.
