DSiWare and hiya CFW crashing the DSi

Is there a trick to installing more DSiWare than the theoretical max (128MB?) there shouldnt be a storage maximum since hiya CFW uses SDNand an not the very
limited internal NAND where there is a storage limit. I have about 6 DSiWare installed and has maxed out the 128MB? "limit", next DSiWare i try to install Title Manager
informes me that next install will not "fit" and i get the option to try anyway. It installs fine, but the DSi will not start after this, it will start to a black screen stating there
is an problem with the DSi, after removing the last installed DSiWare with Title Manager it boots allright again.

Is there a trick to get around this?
