The DSi's IOS have been found!
The news source was taken down by Nintendo just a few minutes ago.
Clearly remembering, IOS1, IOS9, IOS15, IOS60 (The DSi v1.4 SystemMenu IOS), IOS19 (The IOS that partially blocked the flashcarts) and IOS50 were found.

The DSi also uses .pod files (kind of like the Wii and .wad).
It gets really weird now, because, the DSi doesn't have a ticket system!! (Instead the .pod files contain all the things that the DSiWare needs!)
Also, IOS19 partially blocked out flashcarts. The rest of the blockage was caused by a .pod file on the NAND chip's root named: "IOS19_rev2.pod".
The first version was contained in v1.0 to v1.3 (those had a venerability to the DSi flashcarts)
