You can't download someone elses DSiWare, well not yet atleast maybe some day in the near future.

No, you can currently only play DSiWare on then DSi it was downloaded on.

People are working on cracking this though. Be patient.

No.

At the moment, there is no way of hacking the DSi (apart from flashcarts) which will currently only boot DS games; no DSi games are supported. Hack, even retail DSi games might not work with flashcarts. We just don't know.
