Hi guys I realise that we've quite a few DSi flashcart out in the market already, but I believe unlike R4 or cyclods etc, people are still skeptical about something. What people waiting for? Are you guys waiting to see if it support dsiware, if games will work still if nintendo updates their firmware? Or any others?

Or like R4, I can buy it happily already?

I don't know that it is a mistake to wait. I got the acekard 2i before the DSi came out, and I love the cart, but the DSi isn't that great. The DSi ware isn't very good, and I'm judging it based on the fact that I didn't even pay for it (Wario).

I do love the bigger screens, but MP3's AAC's and a very low resolution pictures are not worthwhile. If a homebrew app came out that turned the DSi camera into a wireless camera, or spy cam, that might be cool, but I already have a cellphone on me at all times, and it has a better camera.

The battery life is noticeably lower then the DS Lite, and my lite had a worn out nearly 2 year old battery that I compare it with.

Overall, if it was the same price, I would recommend it, but unless some amazing games come out exclusively for it, I would say it isn't worth the extra money.

I'm waiting to see if nintendo can block DSi flastcart and wait for someone to crack DSi mode. I don't own the DSi. but might buy it in future. I decide to get DSi over DSL because it more powerful but if no one can crack DSi mode, i don't see the point of buying it.

We're waiting for a card that actually runs in DSi mode, not DS. No such card exists right now.
