Hacking dsi firmware

sorry if this has been asked before i know no one has made it yet but is anyone making custom dsi firmware.

No. The DSi hasn't been hacked yet, so there is no custom firmware.

Since no-one has managed to 'crack' the Dsi firmware - what sort of custom firmware could be made ??

One that bypasses the Warning crap at boot would be nice.

It goes away when you tap it. Not that much of a problem IMO.

Yeah, I know it goes away with a tap, but it takes a good half-second to do that instead of just loading the game/flashcard. It just annoys me.
