Homebrew Dsi Action Replay Help

Hello, I'm new here, but needed to know something. I have a Dsi Action replay and a 1 GB Sd Card. But any homebrew that uses directories, (DosBox, SneMulDS, etc.) won't work. No matter what homebrew program it is, it won't find anything. Therefore, the only game to have worked so far is Mario Paint composer. I have tried formatting it, and I have copied the files into their own folder. Can someone please tell me what's wrong?

DLDI patch your files with this:

works on nesDS 0.31 EX edition, LMP-ng-an ipod clone mp3 player, SNEmulDSv06a, etc.
Breakout! 1.2 works without a patch.

Actually, I have already done that. DX Not even moonshell works! Is it a problem with the SD card? Because noone else seems to have this problem.
