Well I wrote the post myself, and whatever was written in this post is the exact copy of the "readme.txt" file that is inside the archive.
Except that there's a link to this video: http://gbatemp.net/cos/dshobro02.avi
And a few screenshots taken from here: http://djcostello.free.fr/dsh/

Looks pretty cool, wouldn't mind a 'stop' button on the server.exe for say to change a port, would definatly love to see it progress further, great potential!, specially if ability to enter text into text fields, i.e. google.

    Looks pretty great though.

I can't make it work with Nintendo WiFi USB connector. Should it be working?

it should be working yeah, provided you entered the correct IP address and port, and that your firewall isn't acting overprotectingly.
I encourage you to read the readme for instructions.

DSHobro connects to wifi just fine and a tab with my DS's IP shows up on the server, but after that it just hangs, doing nothing.

    Help would be nice. [IMG]

Also something I have figured out to make hobro faster.

    DSHOBRO uses Internet Explorer.

Open tools, then open Internet Options.

Under Temporary Internet Files, click settings.

Now this window is asking how to check for stored pages.

Click "Every time you start Internet Explorer" Now click ok and your done.

Now hobro (internet explorer) will look for a cached page and if there is one then it will load it.

If there is not a cached page then it would do the regular process.

    :]

The strange is that the error comes way too fast. I mean, instantly after pressing enter in the mini-keyboard. It doesn't seem to be really trying to connect. Or is it really that fast?

you need to configure your WiFi settings in a commercial game (ie. Mario Kart).
The homebrew will use your first WiFi setting slot, so make sure it is properly configured.
Also, the wifi library for DS is known to be unstable. Sometimes I just can't get it to connect, it will only work after the 10th attempt...

DSHobro uses Internet Explorer to render web pages.
I haven't been able to try it with Internet Explorer 6, I only have Internet Explorer 7 here... and it works. Maybe you need IE7? I don't know...
