Wintermute has updated DSDoom to version 1.2.1. See the change log for what's new, and check out the project's homepage for more details about this recently resurrected DS/DSi homebrew port.

• restore automap zoom controls.
• prevent freeze on changing SFX volume.
• bring up keyboard for save name editing.
• A & B buttons operate as select & back in menus.

do you have any plans to take this project to a next level? adding things like cheats, touch screen support, bug fixes, PWAD selector, etc?

there are cheats already,go to options/general and on the bottom there is cheat mode

I have problems getting doom 1 to work. Whenever I load doom1.wad my DS hangs at the title screen and then shuts off itself. I tried different SD cards, FAT16, FAT32, different cluster sizes but it will not work. No problems with doom 2.
