Hi,
I couldnt, i coudnt resist making a topic about this Great Port of a GREAT game .
Please download it and check it out, you need original Descent's files, you know how to get it.

and more IMPORTANT THING, you need to minimum the voloum in order to play it or it will crash, and there is another bug, everytime you boot it
again, its setting seems to be saved, but you have to increase the music voloume again and decrease it to zero AGAIN.

^ i learned that so hard.

since i made it work on my G6 Light, i didnt play anything else.
its a total Immerse ...

It WAS on the front page in homebrew news, I think that people know about it. I tried it but it didn't work for me when I tried, I think it's been updated since then though.

Yep, this game is as good as any official DS game. It's pretty amazing to see it in action on the DS.

It's odd that you say it crashes with the sound turned up.......it always worked fine for me without altering the sound slider. Hmm....

Rayder, most people if not all are having problem with its music, are you sure you didnt mean music instead of sound?

i didnt see it on first page since i dont go there much and its one of the best DS ports, if not the best.

Same here. Great game I hope work is still being made on it as its a good port.

i tried playing the game without reading the instructions, durf. Realizing of course you need the original game. I think its one of the games i still have kicking around in a box at home, so excited to get home!

for people who are interested, since you cant use R and play with Stylus, i changed stuff it .csk file and by replacing the 6th's KEY setting to lower case "r" you can just tap that image and shoot the missile instead of selecting it instead.

i think we can use r for all missiles and just use ABXY buttons to change current missile, that will do better since who can use R button when playing with Stylus? (talkin about right handed ppl)

EDIT:
i messed with .CSK file a little more and made a button for on-screen shooting missile!
so you can normally select your missile and just tap this button and your selected missile will be fired.
(the button is like Mega bomb's picture but it will shoot the missile and its where i think is best for shooting, near the top right where is good when you are playing)

so i post my whole CSK file, so u can test if for urself, remember to have a CSK file just like your profile name in root of ur card:
