That's where you're wrong - go into options and change the first option, it should be either the [new sound set] or the [classic NES set].

It's great... lol, nothing big happens when you finish all 99 phases of Mode A...

Although Phase-00 interests me... lol

Ah crap. I must have missed your first post with the translation.

Edit: Well I played it again and it's definitly better with the classic NES sound. Also this game seems to be easier than the original Balloon Fight as in the original I find it harder to recover from falling

Its a shame Nintendo didnt add a Wi-Fi Mario Bros bonus game on NSMB, would've been better than those mini games that were the same on Mario 64.

I finally found the rom, and got all excited because it actually played! but then at the menu it stopped and some japanese text came up. "sigh" Oh but theres meatloaf in the fridge!!!

That's what I've been looking to have done, as well. If anyone actually sees this, I'd much appreciate some help with creating a translation patch.
