This dragonite is level 50, they don't evolve until level 55, it also knows moves it shouldn't know yet.
It's a totally legal pokémon too, you can use it in tournaments.

There's nothing special about it, other than it's an Event. Sometimes there's a special move on it, but most of the time they're just for collection purposes. Some of us collect Events, so it's nice, but I already have the TRU Dragonite if this is that.
