DS-Xtreme LED replacements?

my leds burned out, does anyone have a guide on how to replace them? i don't feel like i am getting the "full experience" when i play my ds anymore.

Tried plugging the DS-X into my Xbox. When I opened the disc drive after nothing showed up, the DS-X was gone. Am now vigorously shaking my Xbox to get the DS-X out. Will update.

My current modded version of the DS-X installs psjailbreak onto my ps3, I will post a guide later. It's very difficult and requires dragging and dropping using a computer (works on mac and PC)
