Gonna be nitpicky here, but is it really a VC?
I mean, the 3DS already has the DS hardware in it. Isn't VC only applied towards emulator games? (Such as SNES and GB/GBC.)

Anyways, I'm not gonna have my hopes up, as some people have stated, this game might be similar to Advance Wars.

I'd install it on emuNAND. I think it breaks MSET when you boot it up on sysNAND. Not sure though.

I just know GBA games and other things need to be on sysnand to work idk why this is but thats how it is i guess

You need to install it to both.

If your nands are linked you only have to install gba games to emunand for them to work.

I understand why you would unlink them but for most of the issues with linked nands there are some fixes for them. But yeah most cfw users might not have linked nands.

No.
I forgot to mention it does have a manual CFA (ncch), but that probably doesn't mean anything.
I'll take a look at that in a minute.

Guess it's time to buy a cheapo R4 flashcart. I'd rather not use my DSTwo on my 3DS as it sucks the battery really fast.
