Is there anytime of homebrew that can dump retail DS games/saves?
Yes. Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool does exactly that: http://www009.upp.so-net.ne.jp/rudolph/nds/NDS_Backup/
He also wrote a GBA backup tool, you'll have to use the search feature on his blog if you want to find it.
Since you have an Ez 3in1(or you could use the WiFi version), you could download Rodolphs back up tool in the Downloads section, or http://www009.upp.so-net.ne.jp/rudolph/nds/NDS_Backup/. It can dump games and saves.
Ok, thanks, I dont have an EZ Flash yet though I will Monday.
Whats the FTP user in the wifi one?
The wifi version acts as an FTP client; you have to be running an FTP server to use it. FTPUser (in the .ini file) is the username to use when logging in to the FTP server.
I cant get it to work. What FTP sever should I use?
I used SavReceiver, worked just fine with an M3 Simply and didn't need any form of FTP
This is with dumping saves, not games
Just follow this tuturial.
It worked perfectly for me
I tried that. It says it cannot find the ini file.
Is the ini file in the root of your card?
oh gee havent had this prob befor, the .nds file doesnt read from the .ini, search the forum and you will find the solution.
