Hacking DS Profile Broken on New 3DS 9.0.0-20E

Hello

I've been a bit stupid I guess.
So I have a New 3DS with firmware 9.0.0.
I used Gateway 3DS for some reasons on it.

Now suddenly the DS exploit was gone.
So I thought I could simply reinstall it through the blue card.
Though that actually broke the DS profile...

Now the question is how do I fix the DS profile?
I want to install A9LH and use Gateway 3DS through that way.
But I think it's a smart move to first fix my DS profile.
Is formatting the only way to do it?
And if I format the sysNAND, will I lose the opportunity to still use my emuNAND?

I know others prefer not using Gateway 3DS
I already have another 3DS using luma and everything.
But this thread is not about what my reason is for using Gateway 3DS, I just want to fix my DS profile.

I guess this issue fixed itself somewhat. I managed to get my emuNAND and everything back working. Now I have Gateway 3DS and Luma
It immediately boots into one of the two and I don't need the DS Profile to work anymore. So I can just leave it be.
