Hacking DS Lite GBA slot lighting up...

I bought a DS lite the day before launch, but it had a dead pixel so I returned it. I have a new one that I've had for about 3 days or so, and I found that when I play it in the dark, the GBA slot has a light shining through it...

It's flasme'd, and this happens while play legit games and dumped games.

I'll take some pics.

Also, the battery light also seems much brighter than I remember...

Well, I'm terrible at taking up close pictures, can never focus them, but heres the best that I got.

It's the orange dots, but the pictures dont do it justice, it's much brighter in real life.

Sorry, I should point out what is where.

Okay, your DS is in your hands closed normally without the dust cover. Open it slightly, and then stand it up so that the GBA slot is in the air. In the GBA slot, theres a little tiny hole on the left hand side where the light is coming out of. With the dust cover in, it lights up pretty much the whole dust cover.
