By doing so in the TWLMenu++ Settings menu. To open it, press the SELECT button, then touch the small DS icon on the bottom of the bottom screen.
Tysm.

v27.12.2
Includes nds-bootstrap v2.2.2 (GBATemp thread)

What's new?

  • Now useable once again on the EZ-Flash Parallel with re-added autoboot support!
    • @lifehackerhansol has fixed the bug which caused writes to corrupt the microSD card, by increasing latency between writes. As a result, writes are now a bit slow, but nds-bootstrap will now save games properly!

Bug fix

  • @edo9300: Fixed an overlooked bug which caused the bottom selection to appear grayed out in the DS Classic Menu when running from Slot-2 flashcards (depending on what is inserted and/or which FW is flashed).

Hello! I've been using twilight menu on autoboot with a flashcard and just wanted to say I am very grateful for your hard work!

I have an Action Replay DSi with a micro SD card slot...is there a way to launch Twilight menu on it?

afaik, the autoboot file from the "Games N Music" folder should work. If not, then try booting the "boot.nds" file directly.

Lately I've started messing around with DSx86 0.43 beta to see what it's like running DOS games with the limitations of the NDS on my NDS-mode flashcart (Ace3DS X) that autoboots Twilight Menu. That works a treat, launching the flashcart directly from my N3DS home menu.

Booting the homebrew on the flashcart in DSi mode with the help of Twilight Menu actually works as long as I disable console SD access prior to launching my flashcart via Twilight Menu (otherwise freezes at initializing FAT). Only problem is the touch screen doesn't work, so I can't really do anything once 4DOS starts.

I'm guessing this is really a DSx86 issue, but is there a way to have the program make use of the DSi features and have the touch screen work at the same time? Has anyone with a DSi tried this? I only have a 3DS.

* I know DosBox on 3DS exists. I'm just wondering if this can be done, since that version of DSx86 supports DSi mode.

(I don't think it supports console SD? But IDK. Apparently it works if it's launched from console SD in DS mode, but navigating the console SD is really slow.)

does it automatically adjust now, or it's always ds/always dsi, or something? or it's just not needed anymore and it's just one mode that works for every case?
It's always DS now.

Nope, there isn't. I'm pretty sure touch works fine in DSi consoles though.

What's the problem, exactly?

When I am in the download play menu, it finds the game at first, then it says "communication error". Whenever I'm the one hosting, the icon that shows how strong the connection is, is red and has no stripes. I tried with 3ds games and that works fine, it is only Ds games that i have problems with

When did you last update TWLMenu++ and nds-bootstrap?
