Make sure you have a "TWLMRS.DAT" file on the flashcard root, as well as a "ttreset.dat" file in "TTMenu" folder, both files from the "TWiLightMenu-Flashcard.7z" file.

NeoDS doesn't work afaik, but NitroGrafx works. Just launch a TG16 ROM, and the emulator will boot.

    awesome! ty for quick reply.

i am still struggling with the genesis 6-button controller setting. jenesisds documentation says to switch setting to 6-button before opening the game, but the settings button on the touch screen isn't clickable until after i launch the game. and relaunching the game does nothing.
tested with mortal kombat ii on a dsi

    Yes.
You need Unlaunch installed to run TG16 ROMs.

i'm so confused. i have unlaunch installed. do you mean:
    1. launch the rom using unlaunch?
    2. launch nitrografx using unlaunch?
    3. launch the rom using twilightmenu?

Launch the ROM using TWiLight Menu++.
If you still don't see the ROM, make sure you're booting TWLMenu++ using Unlaunch.

ok before i was testing on a n3ds and def didn't have unlaunch. but now i'm definitely on a dsi and definitely have unlaunch 2.0 installed, autobooting to twilightmenu. i tried booting with A+B to go to unlaunch menu to manually boot twilightmenu and it also does not work.
no .pce files found in tg16 folder which definitely has .pce files in it.

its cool. i got it working by launching nitrografx.nds first.

Make sure those ROMs are enabled in the Emulation settings page in TWLMenu++.

i don't see tg16 in the list. i'm running twilightmenu v11.2. i'm assuming it's outdated. is there a way to update other than manually? like the 3ds updater tool?

Nope. The only way is manually.

updated successfully and the files are showing up now. but it only launches nitrografx, not straight into the rom booting. is this intended?
