While we're waiting for the next DSiMenu++ version to release, a new version of DSiMenu++ Launcher (for 3DS/2DS) has been released!

DSiMenu++ Launcher v2.0.0

What's new?

• Includes revamped menu by @Vulpes-Vulpeos!
• DSi Settings music plays as well!
• Touch is now supported!
• You can now set DSiMenu++ to be started while launching the launcher!
  You can hold SELECT to skip to the CTR-mode settings, if the option is set.
• The inverted DS/DSi boot screen returns!
• H&S screen is now disabled by default. If you want to re-enable it, open "sd:/_nds/dsimenuplusplus/settings.ini", and add "HEALTH&SAFETY_MSG = 1" below "[CTR-SETTINGS]".
• If you have an alt name (SRLoader, DSisionX) set, the Launcher will now use it.
• You can now also set an alt name while the Launcher starts.
  • SRLoader (Down held on startup): For if you miss the times when DSiMenu++ was first known as SRLoader!
  • DSisionX (Left held on startup): Named after spinal_cord's DSision1/2 app!
  (Alt name can be reverted by holding Up on startup.)
• More notification LED color options added!

Hey is it normal to experience micro stutters when going between towns/cities in Pokemon HGSS? I'm using Anti piracy patched roms if that helps, using the latest version of dsimenu++ aswell, patched the roms using rom menu.

Also pokemon black 2 and white 2 are unplayable, get stuck at starters battle screen any help would he appreciated.

Yes, it's normal.

If those are also AP-patched, try turning off async prefetch.

Edit: bit of a feature request for DSiMenu++, could you make it so we can hide file extensions for .nes, .gb, .gbc files?

Hi, @Robz8 , I would like to report that after NDS-Bootstrap 0.11.0 I am no longer able to load 8MB SDK5 ROMs, like the Tales To Enjoy! series and Nickelodeon Team Umizoomi and Dora's Fantastic Flight (sorry, I have small kids). All I get is a white screen after loading.

EDiT: I was able to load them with the 0.10.2 release.

well, all i see are the nds games, i dont see any gameboy or gbc games, and they are in the roms folder like hey are supposed to. sorry if im misunderstanding

Make sure the GB/GBC ROMs aren't in zip files.

Press select in the ROM menu, then press up 'til you see the option.

Just updated today, and suddenly the ever-present notification LED is no longer coming active. I thought it was supposed to stay on at all times. Was I mistaken?

Yes, it should stay on during the use of DSiMenu++.

What's new?

• Update option text are now grayed out, since the description would only be seen if the D-Pad was pressed.

Bug fix

• Fixed yellow, cyan, and purple LED options not working.
  Rainbow LED now also works with it's option set.

Honestly, this is probably one of my favorite Homebrew applications I have stumbled across, and I have been using the software for about a month. However, I did find some bugs.
1. For some reason, Mario Party DS and New Super Mario Bros. DS' box art is not showing up (Yes, I do have the files that allows Dsiware++ to have boxarts. In fact, I found 2 NSMB DS boxarts in the boxart folder). This has been in effect for me since version 5.3.2 (since I first got the software)
2. I don't know if this happened on older versions of NDS bootstrap, however Mega Man Zero Collection does not work, kind of. The easy scenario works (as far as I can see, because I don't own MMZC physically), however each game in the title screen selection produced a different softlock. (Tested on NDS bootstrap V0.11.2)
- Megaman Zero 1 softlocks at the Capcom logo (In fact, I don't even think the logo lights up all the way before it softlocks).
- Megaman Zero 2 gets a little further, however after showing all of the logos, it just shows a black screen, except the bottom screen which shows the game's box art.
- Megaman Zero 3 just shows a black screen
- Megaman Zero 4 has the same issue as Zero 1.

Hey Robz, thanks for always being down for developing this for the community. You've really made leaps and bounds since the times when people assumed that sd card loading was always going to be slow and buggy - now 95% of DS games work flawlessly. I don't think I see anyone work as hard or as consistently as you.
