Homebrew DS homebrew development

Anyone know any good tutorials for starters into the DS homebrew development scene? I found this one:

This tutorial seems to be a very good start but also seems a bit dated. Anyone know of any newer tutorials I can look over?

This one is very good : http://dev-scene.com/NDS/Tutorials , though it has never been completed and some of the functions does not work in the same way today, it is still good.

Ignore my post. Im just babbling because im bored XD

The DS has limited memory. I would say its TECHNICALLY possible, but the DS wouldnt have the RAM or even CPU to run a python environment thing, even with a 3-in-1.

But im not into homebrew dev, so like i said, ignore me and wait for a response from someone "in the game". my guess is No.
