    Ratio-wise, yes, the DS has a lot more shovelware than the previous systems.

    NUMBERS-wise, however, there are a TON of awesome games on the DS, possibly more than the GBA or original GB.

    Don't forget all the underdogs that were/are being drowned out by the shovelware and big-name games that hardly anyone know of.

    If I were to list all the awesome games, I'd be here for hours...

    Way to be overly dramatic. Why bring sales into it? The Dreamcast was last place in 6th gen but it was my favourite among the four consoles of that era. Publishing quality games on the DS is risky business.. If you like quantitative studies so much why not compare that meta-metascores of the DS and GBA against each other?

    Lol, I can see little kids crying to their Mommies when seeing the Dementium 2 cover. It even gives me the creeps.

    Beat City is the only one that really stands out to me.

    Maybe Dementium II.
