Hacking Ds games (legit cartridges) not work on rxtools?

Tries to load my mario 64 ds and it went to a black screen. But if I boot up to sysnand then my ds games work flawless

i think there is a problem with cratridges because of patches, im not sure though, i know thats the case with certain cfw's.

if youre using the new 3ds/xl you will need the patched twl firm file. if using the old 3ds/2ds, no need for patching. what version of rxtools are you using? you may want to switch to reinand or aureinand since rxtools is very out dated.

Yeah I have 2 n3ds which I use. Got the gf playing my old 3ds model lol. And far as rxtools version I'm not to sure.

switch your 3ds to reinand 3.8 https://github.com/Reisyukaku/ReiNand/releases most reliable cfw for the new 3ds. it does not have all the fancy options like rxtools, but this cfw is meant for the new 3ds. so once you have that. head over to the cia section of that iso site were not allowed to name for the 3ds and get the new 3ds patched twl firm and install in emunand with fbi.
