ROM Hack DS Framework

Does anyone have docs and details on functions that the DS has stored in it? I assume the code is a C variant so I'd like to have a play with it.

Any help would be appreciated I havn't played with anything like this for a while you see.

Search for some of the beginner DS coding threads but http://nocash.emubase.de/gbatek.htm is the de facto document for this.

As for libs/toolkits with this all done for you most people use either devkitpro (GBA/DS subsection being devkitARM) or palib when starting out.
