Hacking DS Emulators using on 3DS?

Im just wondering if you could use the Emulator on DS and use it on 3DS like Snes Emulator , Mobile Java Emulator and GBA Emulator for DSi... for the DSi's GBA Emulator i know the Emulator will use the Extra 16MB Ram of the DSi but what about the 3DS??

I believe if you manage to run DS homebrew on a 3DS, it will strictly run in DS (only) mode, not even DSi.
So all the extra processing power, memory etc. are just ignored.
However it has been shown a few months ago that some DS homebrew was somehow running slightly faster on the 3DS, but that was related to the processor timing and emulation cycles or something like that, not really useful.

    One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.

    It's old but it's the best firmware out for DS stuff

    Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
