If anyone else has tested any other games with Download Play, I can update this thread with their results. I will be testing more and adding the results.

It's not really necessary to test all download play games on every flashcart each time, just test Mario64, Tetris and Yoshi Touch and Go and you you'll know the rest.

Mario64 only works on ds-x so far, if that game is supported, it might be interesting to test some more games as well, but if it doesn't, the cart has just the same compatibility as most others. Games that work with DS-X that don't with others: Mario64, NSMB, Worms, Goldeneye, FIFA2006, WC Poker, Whac a Mole and perhaps some more (has anyone tested Mario Kart and Metroid for DS-X @Download Play?)

If Tetris works but Mario64 didn't, it's probably not different then any other cartridge (I believe even slot2 cartridges support download play for this), the list you'll get is the same as the other lists created for like R4, EZ5, AceKard, NinjaPass X9, etc.
The difference between download play games like Mario64 and the ones like Tetris is that if you open Tetris in a hex editor, you can search for the ROM that's sended to the other player, while in Mario you can't find that, maybe it's encrypted or something and that flashcarts somehow don't decrypt this and send the wrong data or something? dunno, anyway the list is pretty long, but the best games aren't on it.
Tetris, Meteos, Puyo Pop, Mr Driller, Bomberman, Zoo Keeper, Ping Pals, Madagascar, Animaniacs, Jump Superstars, Frogger, Sega Casino, Dragon Booster, The Rub Rabbids, Super Black Bass Fishing, Magnetica, Point Blank, Bratz, Nicktoons - Battle for Volcano Island, Elite Beat Agents... (list gotten from scorpei's wiki)

Yoshi Touch & Go, as well as Snowboard Kids and perhaps some more, won't work on any cart as of yet, so if there's a cart and you test one of these to work, then I guess there's finally a cart adding something to the bunch of slot1 carts released that all do the same.

There seem to be some conflicts between the X9 list at scorpei and the OP. Download play with Big Brain Academy and Ridge Racer is said not to work with the X9.
Hmm, there goes my theory.

Sorry, thought they were all the same

Anyway, both BBA and RR should work according to the "Sended ROM is unencrypted in file"-theory, so I guess we'll see in how far it's correct with M3Simply.

Of the Undetermined, according to the theory (So not tested, italic)

Should work:
------------
Advance Wars: Dual Strike
Brain Age
Burnout Legends
Daigasso! Band Brothers
Polarium
Star Fox Command
True Swing Golf

Should not work:
----------------
Metroid Prime Hunters
Bleach DS
Nanostray
Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan

Dunno:
------
Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime (Don't have this rom on PC atm)

Nice, ds-x is really superior in download play compatibility it seems, I wonder how they can make it compatible while all other companies don't.

Yes, really, I wonder too. Moreover, M3 team has very much experience than the Ds-x one, because it's only their first linker...But I have send a mail to M3 team, asking this question, and the answered me that in the future, they will done all they could to relase a Version of their software compatible with all games released for download play. (Sorry for my English, I am French...)

Any games that require the reciving DS to be flashed when using either SCSD or M3SD for download play to work, download play does not work with these games using the M3 Simply.
