WRG claimed the DS title Jet Impluse may have introduced a new protection method as their dumper was unable to successfully dump it. However, Legacy have succeed in dumping the title so it appears all these protection rumors were just a myth

There is definetely some problems with WRG dumper. I could say that I dump over 80 NDS games and in same case the software have problem with detecting the header and is in fact to unable to dump Pocket Monsters - Diamond - NTR-ADAJ-JPN as you can see in the picture. It detect it as 3Gb rom.
