How much MB can a DS Cartridge hold? I think it's 512MB but I need a confirmation...

4Gbit via specs and addressing constrictions. That is 512MiB, as you say ZeWarriorReturns.

The largest carts currently available to developers are 128MB. 256MB carts are supposedly coming sooner or later.

I don't think Nintendo would have much difficulty getting around the 512MB addressing limit, but I doubt carts with more capacity than that will become economical before the DS reaches its end of life.
