ROM Hack DS 7z extension game

I have noticed some of the games that I have ends with the extension .7z
Can I play these games with DS Lite on G6DS Real,if yes where do i have to copy them which folder?

7z is the extension of 7-zip-compressed files. you have to decompress them first with 7-zip.

Like winzip, you can pretty much still use it after 30 days. I guess using a crack/buying it will help if you decide to use it a lot more.

I did try with WinRar 3.3 plus but did not open it
