When I was 4, me and my 3 year old sister used to go to the pool and the beach completely nude... So that's even more daring. =P

And well, it is fashion, I worked in a teen model agency as a make up artist and I can say that I've seen quite some messed up clothes being worn by kids (well, my place also had a section for small kids, from 5 to 12 but it was separate from mine).

Personally I find those clothes daring and ugly, but then again, fashion in general has always been messed up, here's some clothes that are for this year's Spring and Summer shown by Gucci:

It's fashionable and people will pay fortunes for it, but I find it ugly and wouldn't date a girl wearing those abominations, but some women like it, and girls just love fashion so the small details don't matter.
