I will bite- just looked it up and this joins most other releases these days which are just backfills of overlooked titles.

"Edutainment" (I really seem to have a dislike of that word/portmanteau) RPG aimed at vocabulary seems to be the order of the day. However looking at the trailer that could make for a stunning total conversion or use for an engine (Rudra no Hihou which operates on some similar principles being considered one of the better snes RPGs).
Edit- just pulled the game apart. It appears to have forgone extensions in favour of numbered files without extension or directory (3500 mark although after a 70 meg file, the 30 odd meg SDAT and a 400k file sizes drops off quickly) although it does at least use the SDAT sound format in "96017563" (sort by size is a useful tool), a9468d08 has a lot of uncompressed 4bpp imagery and some 8bpp (again sort by size) although no immediately obvious filesystem- there is something but it is surely too short to do for the entire 80 megs, there does appear to be a fair bit of compression elsewhere (type 10 LZ) and the ARM9 has lots of references to chr and map extensions (unknown if that will be a custom file or not), jsfd files are noted and it looks like a lot of menu text and other general text is buried in the ARM9 as a mixture of ASCII and unicode. Also no overlays.
