The US ROM had all languages. We already made a patch in february when the US ROM was released.

Wait...it was originally called Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone!? I mean, I hate Harry Potter, it's one of my least favorite book/movie series of all time, but still, that name is so much better.

They did something pretty bad with the French version too.

I dont see what you mean the us release was february 14,2011 today is may 18, 2011. thats about only 3 months.

Because of the story, btw DQ show the characters, its the old ones(and the remakes that dont) Guess the wanted to keep the nostalgic feel. By those terms I guess you dont like Etrian Odysey or SMT Titles on the DS. Basicly the same as most online MUDS with tons of players online id guess a MMO player wont comprehend why they like em without seeing their chars or items and just looking at text and still images. But these kind of ppl use Imagination, Personaly when playing the old DQ games I imagine myself as the character thus to me im looking at the mob in the face and I even see him move, its called imagination it improves the games above any next gen graphic standards lol.

How is first person much worse than third person? Regardless, the action in DQ games like 8 and 9 take place in third person, while menu options are selected in first (making for some cool enemy animations).

so not for me, but well, its nice for the classic rpg fans that they finally get this version here in europe.
