it's a real state sorter, it's kind of manager(a serious one by the looks of it) where you can get a catalogue of all the the available leases,sells and buy ins on real state.

This might seem nit-picky, but the actual title of this is "LEC de Ukaru," not "LEC de Goukakuru."

I realize that 合格 is read as "goukaku," but in this case it's wrong, as evidenced by the furigana above the characters 合格.

Anyone who knows what I'm talking about will see what I mean.

Meh, I guess it doesn't really matter. This is a very niche title that no one cares about unless they're Japanese and taking the LEC qualification exam.
