    Nope. It's kind of an interesting implementation actually. You use the Left, Up, X, and A buttons to play the note charts and you switch between instruments mid-song with L + R.

    i think i said this before but,
    they really shouldn't have removed the single instrument mode.

    I agree! Its not as fun to play all of them at once, i liked just playing guitar/vocal/etc. having to switch instruments and jump right into what that instrument is doing is a pain.
