This is the first Shin-Chan game I've got working on any firmware so far, but either I don't understand Japanese, or there's some serious AP blocking me from progressing. I get to the end of the first level, and some guy prompts me to press START to bring up a menu. I chose every option, but I can't get past him. This is a case where I'm not sure what's stopping me; Language barrier, or AP?
