A jigsaw puzzle game?
Is this playable without knowing the language? Is it any good?
No, you need some Japanese knowledge and especially no (this is shovelware)
Why would you need to know Japanese in order to put together a jigsaw puzzle? Do you need to know Spanish in order to eat a taco?
Do you need to know spanish in order to order from a spanish-only restaurant in spain/mexico?
Not the same situation..
Jigsaw DS games get me amped and pumped like I just smoked meth from a lightbulb
Yes it is, because you can't eat a taco you haven't even ordered.
Now while it is possible that starting up the game will launch you directly into a jigsaw puzzle, with no menus/story/tutorial beforehand, I highly doubt that's the case with this game.
Just do some trial and error you'll get to the game eventually.
My japanese is pretty bad, but i think it's "otona" as in grown-up and not "taijin".
Not that anyone cares... just a thought...
i don't think so mate...there are several ways of eating a taco you haven't ordered.
for example maybe i'm in a lazy mood and decide to just point to the picture of the taco in question. cheated the system or what!
im sure the menus aren't hard enough to navigate with a bit of trial and error.
you don't need to know japanese to play this game
first mode = normal puzzle mode , choose a puzzle you want then you will be prompt with how many pieces of puzzle you want?
second mode = challenge mode
third mode = gallery (you will be able to see the completed puzzle here)
And this is how you end up eating dogmeat tacos.
You are correct. This is also what the NFO says as well, so it is some GBAtemp user that made the mistake.
Unless you simply make your own tacos, or oh I don't know, go to taco bell. The ignorance in this thread amazes me.
Making your own tacos is homebrew, going to taco bell is not playing this game and simply picking up an english jigsaw puzzle game.
More like playing the badly dubbed (U) version...
