Do newborns even have the mental comppabilities to play a puzzle game let alone hold a stylus?

According to the USK they do, but according to common sense they don't.

The last Lillifee game was pretty good. If you have daughters or nieces aged maybe 3 to 7, it's a good one to get. I just wish I could buy any of them. The I Did It Mum! games are strictly european too.

it mean that you can play it from all ages 0-99 maybe some kids can play that with 2 or 3 years i think, but there is no usb logo that says 2,3 or 4 years.
