To get the most out of this game you will need the piano controller
I don't really enjoy all of these keyboard software for the DS (and I'm a keyboardist in RL), but maybe this one is better...? Will have to test it.
To get the most out of piano you will need an actual piano.
Piano hero anyone? am I the only one who thinks that would be good?
u cannot learn something unless u absolutely mimic it and tht means using the piano/keyboard... playing it as on the touchscreen isnt tht useful unless ur just having fun
Wow now i can learn to play the piano while playing a game!
Fuck this shit.
i think it's good, and no, you're not the only one.. there are lots of other people who wants a piano hero... or maybe they even have it already...
it's called synthesia (correct my spelling if i'm wrong) it's pretty much like piano hero and you need to attach your electric piano/organ to your pc...
There was an arcade Piano Hero in Japan already... and it flopped. Contrary to Guitar Hero and etc., there is no way to play it if you don't know the real instrument. It ended up being fun only to musicians, and from what I heard, the hardest songs were hard even to skilled players.
Even better, Synthesia.
No way!! That Keyboardmania is far better. It's the real dopey japanese arcade shit I digg. They take the Playing-Piano thing to a higher level: The level of "Fuck-Classical-Music-Just-Push-Some-Fucking-Buttons-And-Have-A-Laugh"...
Wow. There's actually a Piano controller.
Yea, i'm kinda interested. >_>
Anyway, what a dumbass game. I'm not gonna learn how to play piano from a measly 5-button piano attachment. I mean really, what were they thinking?
This wins so far as the dumbest peripheral I've seen for the DS. Even the Diabetes blood sugar meter is better than this.
If you wanna enjoy piano playing you dont have to buy this game there are nice sites with free synthesizers online (I myself sometimes play on them)
I dunno, i'd prefer to see some good homebrew usage for that periph. Hell, if i could use this with the Korg DS-10... HEAVEN.
A good, quick, portable, tracking program would be hopping-mad fun... especially with a small keyboard. *wankity wank*
But that's just my inner dj (which i've never let out in any way other than through DS-10, but i've always been interested ) talking.
Technically speaking, 5 keys is all you need to play a keyboard.
Easy Piano huh? Well, the real piano isn't...lulz
