Theres a fix, i've not had a chance to test it yet though. This release is english only anyway so its pretty useless

With a 3 months difference between US and Europe release date, I thought they were translating it :s

On the game, I thought it was pretty mediocre. Very repetitive, way too much mindless monster killing with very little diversity. I guess fans of the series may like it, but otherwise, I can find much better ARPGs on the DS for myself.
