Nope. Googled "Kuru Kuru Princess" and nothing about Anime or Manga showed up.

I got nothing to do with this game however I did find Tokimeki Tonight, one of my favorite mangas I read about 8 years ago.

I thought it might be part of the Tokimeki Memorial and other dating sim games. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
