Japanese shovelware is just as bad as the American and European variants but are largely ignored unlike the Western varieties.

This software is about investments. Supervised by a financial group (I think), it hardly looks like a "game".

Can we call this shovelware, I don't know.

Why can't the Japanese actually make self help books on how to be a good investor and being competitive in Business instead of something like this? It's a waste of yen and I have no clue that this would even sell.

^^ I'm sure there are books and such in japan about that, but this is just an extra option maybe. Would be fun to do when your on the road or something if you want to learn aboot iet.
