It's rated "C", what means for ESRB "T" and for PEGI "12+".
Horror is known as scenes with bloodbaths. Normally are horrors thrillers, but thrillers are not always horrors. In conclusion this game can't be a horror game because a T-rated game doesn't contain any blood scenes or violent scenes.

fail...thats called gore movies like final destination lol this is a horror game. need proof? go to youtube and watch the gameplay and if u cant tell search for the ps2 trailer (its the same game) and it screams terror. horrors dont need blood baths and if you do them right they dont need blood at all.

Cero C is equivalent to a High T rating-low M rating in the US and high end PEGI 12+ to very low 16+ in Europe there can be a high amount of blood in a C rated game, but not too much graphic violence though.

Agreed. Kayako rising up under the sheets of Susan's bed in The Grudge is far more disconcerting than Freddy or Jason cutting up another bunch of teenagers.
