And the winner for release #4000 is.....
as expected. Some shovelware crap =P
A new challenger is approaching?
The flood of these shovelware games recently is scary.
Thought #4000 would be some game to be proud of it.
+1 for release #4000
+1 for the girl on the box art
-2 for this type of game (1200th release of a baby sitting game)
Could this game scream shovelware anymore? My God, the amount of complete CRAP on the DS and Wii is staggering...
I mean, could they have put ANY less effort into the boxart?
LMAO, Now Imagine is gonna fight against Dreamer series hahaha
Meh this should of been @ 4000 instead of @4001 - Dawn of Discovery (U)
A series that clones the Imagine series? That the laziest and shittest thing I ever heard. This development company/publisher deserves to go bankrupt.
a shovelware rip-off...
... of shovelware!
You pay people to sit on babies !!!
The woman on the box looks like a psychopath
Not the sort who should be looking after babies, I mean look at her murderous eyes!
Nice release group by the way
But wow, 4000 roms of 1 platform? That's amazing!
The GBA 'only' had 2800 roms, and the DS is maybe going to double that!
What system has the most roms out there?
dude this game is amazing..teaching me how to babysit yayYAAA. lol but yeah 4000games!
What the heck with all these crappy games in Europe and USA, can't they make more games like FF, DQ,... ?
I would not mind being the baby.
I expected #4000 to be something worthwhile. Then again, July doesn't have any good DS releases. >_> except for Dragon Quest I guess. lol
This, and the others, was released in Europe under the "Let's Play" brand. The box art in Europe was better in my opinion.
It was toony but at least it didn't look like it had been photoshopped by the mail boy during his lunch break.
The games themselves are better than most of the Imagine series, as they seem more consistent in their overall design. Clearly if you're not a girl between say 6 and 12 then your probably not going to find anything here to interest you, and if you are a girl between 6 and 12 but would rather play an RPG than submit yourself to a unimaginative stereotype then this ain't for you either.
Because your not the only person to own a DS. With such a diverse user base, it pays to focus on groups that are not usually catered for in the games market.
Imagine... Fashion Designer and Imagine... Babyz (Babys, Babies, Babiezzzz whatever...) sold 2.7 million units each worldwide. Final Fantasy 3, Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen and Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride sold approximately 2.3, 1.3 and 1.3 million units respectively. In fact, Dragon Quest IX: Protectors of the Starry Sky, is the only one that is really strong as it's already sold over 2.3 million in Japan alone.
Simply put, Imagine games and those like them sell better than a lot of the game that are found on GBATemps recommended list.
haiz, elixir looks like we were both wrong, and man, what a way to end it ehh?
and i thought 4000 would be something better
